DigitalWise Adheres to:

Providing clients with consulting services, digital development solutions, digital marketing, competitive sourcing expertise.

Providing free quotes that are accurate. Proceeding with any services requires confirmation by both parties.

Providing complete transparency on costs and activities during and before initiating any project.

Providing full package solutions for achieving business purpose.

Providing full confidentiality on all data related to the customer itself, the project(s) and all connected context.

Client’s Commitment :

To ensure that all kind of projects run smoothly, it is important that the client adheres to the following:

Ensure that all requirements before, during and after the projects are sets and agreed (including implicit ones).

Agree on the best channel of communication and frequency,

Reply accordingly in a timely manner,

Provide feedback during the project,

Digital Services & Consulting fees :

The prices listed above each package on the DigitalWise website are average estimates and are not the final agreed on prices unless communicated and confirmed by both parties.

The project will be initiated at reception of a valid Purchase Order from the customer and/or with 30% deposit been paid in advance and until both parties have agreed on project details and timeline.

Daily rate to be used as reference for quotation is set at 1500€ / day

The final completed project/deliverable can be revised, edited , tuned for the following 10 business days with no charge for Client satisfaction. Any significant changes (scope, content, timeline) will be charged out at 500€ HT per half day subject to approval by both parties.

Project Payment Terms:

Invoices payment will be due within 30 days.

Privacy Policy :

DigitalWise does not use any customer information outside of the project. All information are kept confidential and under NDA if required. DigitalWise will not share information to outside parties without the customer's consent.
